I have a wintec 500 - Great no tack cleaning and can change the gullet size to accomadate my cobs ever changing waist line!!!! I have to say that this saddle is nowhere near a comfy as my leather one, but great for going out in the rain or on the beach (when I get the chance).

I have a wintec close contact with the cair air panels, i find it lovely and comfy so does my horse, being able to change the gullet is great as she changes waistline quite a bit (constant battle!) lovely and light and looks like leather, two of my friends have now brought them after borrowing mine

As Mareca, I have had mine for several years now and it looks like leather (OK, not close up) If I had to replace it I would certainly consider going for the same again. The main pro for me is the weight, I have a very bad arm that just doesn't do heavy weights at all and it is great. Changable gullets are a huge plus too, it fitted two pretty narrow arabs and is now on a very wide pony. Are the treeless ones heavy? I did look into them but they were too expensive for me at the time.

Hey enfys
Treeless are really coming down in price, especially if you dont go for expensive well known brands as i did
Treeless are much lighter, have a tatty old maxam gp which is quite a bit heaver and thats still a light saddle

Currently in the process of buying my third Wintec! I have the Dressage 500 and the GP 500 for Otto. And we are buying the Cob Wintec Wide for Blackie.

Love them! Great price, comfy and you can change the gullets when they fill out a bit!
