Have a wintec synthetic saddle which I cannot seem to get clean, no matter how I clean it. I have the proper synthetic saddle cleaner and follow the instructions on it, but it doesnt seem to lift the dirt off the saddle.
Does anyone have any different ways of getting synthetic tack clean?!

Washing up liquid, warm water, scrubby washing up pad and a hose pipe! Honest, I am the worlds laziest tack cleaner and it works for me. Wintec boast that their tack can be cleaned with a hose.

I brush off my saddle after I use it every time - I have a soft water brush kind of thing, that I keep specifically for this (I also swipe my hat off with it too!!)

If it is really really grubby - then the hose pipe, washing up liquid and a scrubbing brush! We are lucky that we have an Aga to sit the saddle next to to dry it off - just make sure that it really is dry before you ride in it - water has a habit of seeping out from in it when you least expect it!!

Hoover the hairs off and some of the grime with a good powerful hoover, then as ChicoMio said use washing up liquid as this breaks down the fat and grease from the horses's coat, it will look like new when you rinse it off.
