synthetic/suede saddles?

I am picking my new horse up on friday!
only thing is her saddle isnt leather, its suede/synthetic, dont know what its called. I know how to clean leather saddles, but how do I clean one that isnt leather?

A damp cloth and a lot of Welsh rain is all I ever used.

No doubt there is a hideously expensive alternative recommended by the saddle company!

u can get cheap synthetic saddle cleaner just spray on and wipe with a dam cloth was only about a tenner and lasts ages! i like my synthetic saddle but i do miss a good leather saddle and strangely cleaning them lol.

I just brush the dust off with a face brush (I bought a new/clean one to use specifically for this in mind) and I just use a damp cloth for anything more than just dust!

Water. Its the best thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a Wintec Isabell dressage saddle and I LOVE being able to clean it in about one minute with good old water.

baby wipes? lol I have done on a synthetic, not on a suede saddle though.

Its fantastic I hated the idea of synthetic but am a convert! dont worry when out in the rain, take it off horse and dump it against the wall, easy to clean up, fab!!
