Tack cleaning and a brown bum

Just bought some belvoir tack cleaner and conditioner but must have done something drastically wrong because every time I ride I end up with a brown bum!

Anyone else ever done this? What have I done wrong?! This has never happened with the other brands I have used?

oooh, I'd stop using it pronto before it takes all the dye out of your saddle!

Have you ever put boot polish on your saddle ?
Or is it a 2nd hand saddle ?
I know it sounds crazy but a girl I new did it on her saddle and that kept happening

Its the saddle tht came with my horse but its always been well looked after so I wouldn't have thought anyone had done anything like that.

I must admit it was the best clean I've given that saddle and thought I might not have rubbed some of it off/in properly.
