Tack cleaning products...which do you use?

Hi all

For my leather I usually use a general saddle soap and then sometimes some ko-ach--o-line or however you spell it! Just come accross this: Grand Prix Leather Gloss. Is it any good?

i use a solid leather soap that lathers up when its wet and then you buff it off afterwards, although i have just got a Pessoa saddle and its calfskin, and im scared to clean it incase i ruin it, what do i use! the pessoa soap cant seem to be bought in the uk either

The YO buys the massive tubs of Carr, Day and Martin glycerin soap, which works fine, but I love the Stubben soap.

Hot water, elbow grease then Effax in the brown tub

Yup I use GPLG, think it's great, use it on everything leather! Revivied a very ancient leather headcollar that I was on the verge of throwing out!

Use baby wipes to clean then smother lincoln (i think) leather balsalm on everything apart from Mars oil on laced items. Used to recommend lincoln stuff to customers when I used to do leatherwork.
