If you bought a rug on the 26th December 2010, and you still don't have it nearly a month later, would you go mad?

I have called and called, they say its sent but they can't track it and they can't tell me the courier, because the systems down, the phones are having problems, they don't know which warehouse they were sent from, they put the wrong post code on it, they re-sent it and now that parcel hasn't turned up, and they never call you back, I will NEVER buy anything from them again!

Wow, could they have come up with any more excuses? They didn't suggest that a dog attacked the parcel as the postman delivered it, and disintigrated it into a million fluffy pieces did they?

Cheers for the post: I have to say that when I'm thinking of buying from a new equestrian company I've not used before, I put their name into the HHO forums search. It's good to see the unedited reviews, good and bad, from real users!

Rug has as last arrived!

But no tail bandage!

I phoned them and said no tail bandage, he said they wouldn't have any in stock until late March! but they did say they had other colours, my reply....

Mmmm Black Horse, Black Rug, Black Travel Boots, what do reckon?
