I'm looking for a new girth and Bit and as I am completely hopeless at making decisions and there are so many options, all of which say their products are the best, I really need some unbiased recommendations!
I want products that provide the absolute best comfort to the horse as possible. And I'm pretending cost isn't an issue 😂

Horse is 5, used for trail riding in a GP saddle. I have been looking at Anatomical girths so would love to hear from people who use them.
He has a very fussy mouth and chomps/plays with the bit (teeth have been done) so looking for something very, very mild.

For the bit, I'd be tempted to get a bit fitter out so that you can try a few in one go and go for something that suits his mouth confirmation. For the girth, the soft stubben string girths are often a good place to start otherwise the anatomical girths seem to be fairly individual to the shape of the horse and even then when you get one that should be the right shape there's no guarantee the horse will actually prefer it.

I have been trying to find a bit fitter for ages, apparently they don't exist in Australia, well, at least not in my area.
