Tack room heating

We're in the process of building a new livery yard & just wondering how everyone else heats their tack rooms / loos? Tack room & loo will be in an internal barn with breeze block walls. Any suggestions for safe electric heaters? Paranoid about burning the place down!

we have a small oil filled electric radiator, boght from aldi or lidl cant remember which. we use in conservatory and work shop both about 3mtr sq works really well both toasty in no time.
should be coming up soon keep your eye out on their websites. cant remember how much but im always on a budget so probably no more than £50.

We had frost heaters fitted. They are about 4" diameter pipes with a metal cage surrounding them. They come on when the temperature drops below a predetermined level. The cage stops anything being in contact with them.
