Tack Sales website..?

Has anybody bought from them?
I ordered bandages, leather lead rein thing and a rug from them on 27th Dec.
They emailed me on the 4th saying they dont have the rug so I emailed back asking for a refund.. but had no response!
Getting abit worried seeing as I payed quite abit but had no response or indication that they have sent the rest!!!?
