Tack stolen essex/suffolk border

our yard was broken into last night, we think it was the same people that broke in last december as they drove across the field and knew exactly where to go. all of the saddles were stolen ....

luckily for me i have been keeping mine at home as its not insured and i cant afford to replace another saddle ...

we are in birdbrook, quite close to haverhill.....hope you keep all of yours safe, its such a horrible feeling knowing someone has been on the yard who shouldnt be. i had almost relaxed after mine was stolen last december and had considered putting it in the tack room as was getting fed up with putting it in and out of the car, thankfully i didnt and now would never even consider it...

It's beyond me why yard owners allow liveries to keep their tack on the premises. It's just inviting problems.

I take mine home. There were 3 thefts on the Essex/Suffolk border this time last year. One was just down the road.
