if you guys go to one as a seller, what do you expect to be supplied?

i'm proposing to do one in my village hall next month and just wondered if people would expect the tables to be there....or bring their own?

also...refreshments...teas/coffes/squash etc?

thanks in advance.....

i wouldnt need to hire them as i'm on the hall commitee

i was just wondering whether to just offer the tables and be done with?

Tables supplied and put out ready and cleared away afterwards.

(And then sweep the floors, check the loos that children haven't left the taps running and turn out all the lights.)

Usually have a small charge for people coming in, about £1.00 and then charge for refreshements, tea, coffee, squash, free biscuits.
The sellers get a free cup of tea/coffee.

Some people come straight from work and haven't gone home for tea, so are glad to have a hot drink available.

Ahhhh I see! I would offer the tables - if I was bringing S/H tack to an equi-jumble, I'd expect tables to be provided. I think refreshments were provided at the one my mother went to recently :S

The local one near me offers the tables....they charge a small entry fee of 50p and have tea, coffee and biccies for sale at low prices...It's always really well supported, oh, and BTW if you come across a cheapie 16" pony synthetic saddle - i need one!!

You have to do the tables - I have so much gubbins to sell I would love to find the time to go to one - but I definitely couldn't if I had to bring my own table!!
