Tackroom keys keep going missing! Need a tracker fob: ideas?

OK so here's the problem:

I'm a total scatterbrain (getting worse with age) and ALWAYS seem to be losing my keys.

I keep my mobile switched on all the time, so if I lose THAT I can always just dial up my own number from a landline (or get a friend to dial it) and I can find it easily.

Soooo....... my brain got to working....... and methinks this is what I need with my key fob. i.e. something teccy and "scientific" that will track down my missing key fobs for me!!!!

Anyone got any ideas? Anyone got any hi-tech widgits for situations like me? I'm not quite sure what exactly it is I'm looking for, if that makes sense.....

Dont whatever you do get the fobs that beep if you whistle at them!! Daughter bought a pack of two from i think Asda or it could have been tescos, they bloody wouldnt shut up!! Even picking them up set them off, she ended up dismantling them and STILL in pieces they carried on bl00dy beeping!! :(
 
I know you can get some sort if tracker but not sure what. I know An old lady with dementia and her family have some tracker device fitted either in her coat or shoes.
