I need to get a sink put into my tack room - preferably one that is nice and deep so that I can wash muddy things easily. I've had a look at some catering type sinks which are perfect but I'm reluctant to spend £300+ on a sink that's catering standard when I just want something to cope with mud!

Any recommendations on where I could find something like that second hand or very cheaply? Thanks!

try your local freecycle - I got a lovely bath from there for the yard for soaking hay, washing boots etc. I also have just got rid of two sinks through it- big square ones. you never know you might be lucky. i certainly would not be paying £300+ for a sink fof my yard

I had an old bog standard stainless steel one that I got from the tip! I even managed to get the old kitchen units that it came from as well, was a dodgy old formica thing but it did the trick and as it had a draining board you could leave stuff on there to drain the worst from it.
