As many of you will know, during the month of November, thousands of men worldwide grow moustaches for the duration of the month to raise money for research into the treatment of prostate cancer, and take part in a fund raising event called Movember!

Now, my cob Taffy always grows a very impressive moustache all year round, so this year I decided to put his tash growing talent to good use, and he is now growing his moustache in aid of Movember! :D

this is his moustache as of the weekend, and THIS...

is how majestic it can get! (after 6 months of growing might I add, this is serious business ;) )

I am posting this here because I would like to ask you to dig deep and donate even the smallest amount to support this important and life-saving research - you can do so at taf's Movember page here: http://uk.movember.com/mospace/3645685

If anyone can share his page on their facebooks or any other social networking sights that would also mean the world to me, I am trying to raise awareness of Taf's tash growing and the more like-minded horsey people who know the better!

Thank you all so much, every little bit helps and I can post updates on how the moustache is getting on on here as well if anyone would like me to :)

Emily and Taffy :D

My Welsh D does Movember all year round.

The knobber wont let me get near it to shave it off. I cant stand it but everyone else at the yard says how they like it!!

The beard went yesterday when he was clipped wish I could have taken the moustache with it!

Taking the tash of this one requires me for the headlock and some very gentle coaxing with the scissors from my friend! And everyone here loves it with the exception of my instructor who hates it ;)
