Heard a rumour today:

Apparently a member of the G. family arrived at one of the sanctuaries today, attempting to remove equines as per the judge's decision.

Police were called and all equines and staff are safe. No equines have been removed.

All the sanctuaries are now stepping up security.

Now, more than ever, we must all continue raising awareness of this case. Keeping this case in the public eye is the only way we can try and protect these horses.

OMG, if this is true then something does have to be done.
It appears to me that this family now seem to think they can do what they want, when they want, and how they want.
We need to put a STOP to this NOW!!!! before it really gets out of hand!!!
To me i think this family is capable of so much more.

A sinister development, but at the same time could this work to the campaign's advantage? You would hope the judge would take a dim view of them going round trying to snatch horses back.

Does anyone know when the court ruling takes effect, for him to recover his animals?

18th of April is the dead line for them to be returned !!!
He might have shoot himself in the foot trying to get his animals back

So they could be back with him any day then? Why do they have to be returned? Is he not allowed to collect his belongings?

they should'nt be going back to them full stop. Nothing should happen until the case is heard, a successful cruelty prosecution is brought, and a Life time ban on keeping animals imposed; charities should have then been allowed to find decent, life homes for all these animals. Feel sick any of them are going back to this family and even more sick the rest are to be taken from safety/security and disposed of at auction to uncertain fate. The RSPCA stand accused of not acting and when they act face the harshest penalty.
