I actually believe there is not enough publicity out there.
The platforms which are set up to educate, just dont bother.
Look at Supervet. So many of the cases seen on there must be as a result of bad breeding. Why do they not highlight good breeding practices and how to avoid buying a train wreck?
The documentary about the Kennel club all those years ago still makes a massive impact, I'm sure. People believing pedigree equates to poor health.
I believe that the vast majority of people simply want to see the bitch and see puppies in a family home. I don't think requirements go much further than that for the vast majority.
