How can you stop a dog taking anything and everything if it's left around? I'm just sat here with my phone beside me and she took it! I go to take it off her and she drops it. The phones fine, but the tv remote isn't from the other week that she chewed because I didn't see her take it. The computer mouse has been dropped endless amounts of times. My daughter can't play with her toys around her. Even valentines cards can't be up around her. She'll be laid on the sofa all chilled, I move away from where I'm drawing, and she'll be up taking my pencils!

What can I do?! She has loads of toys, but she'd rather chew the remote than her stuff! She has a kong toy but gets bored of it.

Dogs do not have a concept of what is 'theirs' or not.
They do not know what is a 'chew toy' and what is a 'very expensive and potentially dangerous electrical item'

By far the easiest thing is to not leave these things hanging around. Think about it as safeguarding your dog. If she eats the wrong thing she could end up very sick. So keep an eye on her, be careful and protect her from harm the same way as you would have done for your daughter when she was younger. My dog used to eat inappropriate things. It wasn't his fault, it was mine.

What age and what breed is she? What kind of exercise or stimulation is she getting?

It may also be that she has made the link that when she lifts certain things, it provokes a reaction/attention/interaction.
Dog ownership is interactive, it is much better if you can make yourself part of the play experience (with the right objects) not just dispense things.
Are you putting food in her Kong? Stuffing/freezing it so she has to work to get the food out?
As Jean Donaldson once said, you can give someone a crossword puzzle book to help them fill their time, but it is no good if they have no idea how to do crosswords.
