Taking your horse on holiday in uk

Me and some friends are looking for somewhere we can take the horses for a few days, preferably near norfolk (if not don't worry-I'm open to suggestions!), that is close enough to hack to the beach from...don't ask for much to I? :P
Any suggestions welcome!

Other half watching over shoulder said that the whole point of a holiday was to get away from the horses (and no I don't agree with that!). Hope someone can be of more help than that.

jobo-a bit to expensive for my meagre budget :( and we were kind of looking for somewhere more DIY, so just like board and lodgings for us and the horse, iyswim!

We stayed here a couple of years ago in their self catering cottage, fantastic time :), they have a paddock at the side for the horses; They provide maps and an off road ride that takes you right onto the beach!! ( its about an hours hack )

Loved every minute; You will need a car to get about as its a mile to the village.

That place looks nice. The other thing to do is just to google riding schools or show centres in the area you fancy (if there are any) or look at farmstay (I think it is) which is a B & B site of farms and ring up and see what they can offer. I do that when I am looking for overnight stops for shows as I don't like staying at showgrounds.
 
Try redlands - they have taken over bridlerides and do lots of holidays with your own horse and I think they do a beach one in Norfolk
 
Look at Little Lodge Farm in Thetford Forest - They have DIY stables and its right in the forest. You ]either stay in a caravan, a log cabin or take a tent!! Did it 2 years and it was great.
 
Whitehall Farm is fantastic - the paddocks are good and you can ride from there to Holkham Beach and go for a blast.
Little Lodge Farm, nr Thetford is also really good. They have log cabins and the riding is in the forest.
