similar thing happened to my friend when her horse was hit by a Chavette in her Saxo....

she carried on sorting out her social life on the same bloody mobile whilst my friend called the police and comfoted her badly injured horse!!

i would have smacked the silly b1tch very hard!!!

I agree with Sharon, that is a ridiculously low fine. God help anyone who killed my horse whilst driving dangerously.

How tragic and very traumatic for the family, its bad enough losing your horse but in such awful and preventable circumstances takes a long time to come to terms with.

I hope she can sue him for the injuries and loss of income.
