Tall riding boots for short and slim leg

Hi, can anyone recommend a boot that come soon in a size 5 but slim calf and short leg.
Ideally measurements are 12inch calf width and 16 inch to back of knee.
I’m really struggling to search through all the different brands sizing charts etc.
 
Shires used to do two different tall boots that you could order, that come in all different lengths and widths? Might be worth having a look? :)
 
I’ve just brought some brogini como V2 long boots, really pleased with the fit of them. Always struggled previously, I’m 5’1 with very spindley legs!
 
I just sold a pair of my wife's boots, they were Brogini with a slim fitting. I think they were 13 inches around the calf? If you check the size charts on the Brogini site you'll probably be able to see what sizes they to.
 
I’m 5’3 with skinny calves. I wear Rhinegold elite Luxus in junior size 4 (although my shoe size is normally a 5). I love them
 
I’m short with (formerly) slim legs and shires and mountain horse are my go to. I’ve had both pairs years so the MH are no longer made and I’m not sure what model the Shires are but they are just a classic black leather long boot
 
Mark Todd field competition boots. As you can buy different width and length. I get an SS which is short L slim W. They are about 140 pounds
