Any recommendations? Have exhausted the ones on their web site (or haven't a budget to stretch to them

Cheapish but clean and comfortable preferred. Thanks.

How long are you planning on being at Talland for? If it's for a few days could you not stay on site? I know when I went there I was so exhausted by the end of each day that I was grateful just to flop onto my bed. I don't think that I could have managed to drive anywhere.

Acc is pretty cheapish and it includes all meals which are fantastic. It's worth staying for the cooking alone!

Its not me (unfortunatley!) but a friend. Just the one night I think (2 lessons) but its with her other half so she wanted to make a little break of it too!

There are loads of hotels/b&b's in Cirencester which is the nearest place. If your friend wants to make a break of it she could stay at the 4 Pillars in the Cotswold Water Park which is nice, or The Duck in Ewen. I have posted a link to the Cirencester website which has a lot of places on it.

All of the Cotswold Inns owned places are nice - can't remember which one is closest to Cirencester probably the Bear at Rodborough or the Swan in Bibury. THey do some excellent offers though. The Lamb in Burford is my favourite - amazing food and Burford is lovely, but probably a bit too far away. Google cotswold inns and you'll find the website.
