I would recommend Nigel taylors - can do sj/xc and flat work. Ann Taylor specialises in youngsters and no they won't frown on your horse.. Vary friendly and sociable too.. foudn ti great fun and I made brill progress

I don't know much about talland, but contacted them about work experience at one time, they were more than happy for me to take a horse with me, and absoloutly everyone I spoke to was lovely. Ring them and see what you think (I chickened out as couldnt really take Shetland with me as well, and couldn't face leaving her behind to be looked after by other people... lol)

Hi,

I used to have lessons at Talland (but on their horses) and when i first went i was surprised at how friendly and unsnobbish it was. The instructors were always really good and I doubt very much that they would look down on your horse.

Talland is a riding school which is at the top of it's game - in my experience, it is organisations and people a little lower down the ranks who look down on others. Somehow makes them feel they are better than they are!

I'm sure you will have great fun and learn alot there.
