Hi. I am trying to organise a weekend intensive lessons at Talland but the women I keep getting is impossible to deal with (aka bleeding rude!!). I really need to speak to the manager to get things booked. Would anyone be able to give me a name and contact number? It is for my birthday and I really want to get it organised so I can look forward to it!

I would try emailing, explaining that you havent had much luck over the phone. I wouldnt be rude but Im sure that the manager doesnt know how you have been dealt with up to now. Good luck
