Short and sweet.....
Have found the perfect pony, it all depends on tomorrow, and wether the pony the current owners are going to look at fits the bill.
So please keep fingers crossed it does.xxxxx
on a side note my partner who is not horsey, and wants nothing to do with them, and my old boy had to do, has said" find the nicest fencing post, and gate you can"

Nothing is wrong with the 5 acre, but for a pony to be in the paddock next to he house is amazing!!!!. And' go online and find a lovely 5 bar gate", he must be smitten.
So in short please give me all your HHO vibes, god knows I need them
