A rather niche question but can anyone recommend a good quality tarp to stick over the side of my hay stash? It's under a pole barn but as is standard with old farm buildings it's only "mostly" waterproof, and I need to tarp one side of the stack to protect it from rain run-off. I'm planning to put some pallets on the top of the stack and run the tarp sideways in a kind of bivvy style.

I bought various tarps in the past but they've mostly been pretty rubbish and not stood up to weather. So if someone can recommend a large tarp that is waterproof, breathable, has eyelets round the edges, and doesn't cost a fortune, it would be much appreciated!

There is this place, too - varying sizes available:

A friend got one made to the right size for their chicken run there, with a specified number of eyeholes, and is very happy with it. You can pick up from their premises if you live in the area, though their main business is online.

ETA they also have more heavy duty tarps, all sorts in fact by the look of it.

Sweet! They're in Easingwold, I could easily pick up from there. How exciting, a bespoke tarp making company. Thank you.

(Can you tell I'm having a decidedly average week?)
