It’s been almost 2 months since Tartine crossed the Channel and moved to her (temporary) new home in Wales. She has settled in perfectly and is loving life in Wales. In accordance with her livery agreement, she is getting 2 hours of work per week, which includes in hand/ long reining and ridden work.
The yard itself is a combination of paddock paradise and equicentral. She is in a mixed herd of about 7 other metabolically challenged horses and ponies, on a track which, when opened fully, is 2.5km of mixed footing including wooded areas and a river.
