That was great, thanks. My yard is on the edge of Taunton Vale country, but didn't see any donkeys at the last meet!

Funnily enough was thinking about this just a little while back! From old photographs I have seen it looks that children riding donkeys were quite a common sight at hunt meets. Dont know how far they made it though the day but I have known a donkey that could jump! so...I wonder did anyone here ever have a donkey as a mount as a child?
