Have spent the morning trying to do my Tax return online. Most frustrating as I couldn't get onto self assessment page. Waited 15 minutes for customer advisor to answer phone, and then told her of this most annoying problem. She then told me I was using the wrong User ID. Whoops! How embarrassing. Funnily enough, once I was using the right number, I whizzed through the tax return. And the really exciting bit is that I'm getting money back! Over a grand. Already planning my spending spree ....
