Tea and scones for all
Local to me and seen a few at shows. Always look very smart in bright modern colours. The demo model was all mod cons. I think they only do 2 stall 3.5 / 4 tonne models.
Think theyre built to order based on various chassis types - the ones I've seen have been Merc and Reneult engines / cabs.
They have a website and FB page if that's any help.
Were incredibly rude on their social media - someone was having problems with them and when I questioned what the situation was ( I hadn't sided with either - I was neutral ) but they blocked my account rudely, I hadn't done anything??
Rather rude, someone else told me that they don't listen / accept negative feedback, but this was not myself so I cannot quote directly on that.
Why did you get involved then ?
Well, I was considering a box from them, and when you are paying such a large sum you want it to be perfect right? It was a question / comment from a customer - not a competitor. They were having issues with the box and I wanted to know what happened - and what they were doing about it, just trying to gauge what kind of company they were. Instead of explaining / replying they blocked my account, which only made me suspicious, and more likely to believe the customer!
Here we go
Beat me to it!
Er, am I missing something guys ?
not a company ive come across but from there site they look a good box, but horseboxes need a in person look to see how they are built to give a better idea.
word of advise when looking at any box ask questions, lots of them even if they seem daft. if they cant answer how its built they are most likely only agents that sell on as opposed to a company that actuality builds them.(not that there is anything wrong with that)
always request a weight certificate this shouldn't be a problem.
3.5t boxes ask how the bulkhead between horses and cab is manufactured, ideally there should be a box frame separating the two.
another must is if it has any gas appliances request a gas check certificate to say it has been installed by a competent fitter and tested.
and just to be honest i do build horseboxes and no its not for this company, im here to help if people have a question i maybe able to help with.
