Hi, can anyone tell me what sort of temperament offspring of the TB stallion "Classic" have.

I've known a few as he used to stand with Caroline near me, and I've ridden a few of them the ones I know we're nice he was a real gentleman too.

He was a popular stallion for getting show hunters and riding horses. There are a lot of successful show horses around by him.
The only one I know personally is a mare who sadly, is a total witch with a very nasty temperament and so nappy she is unridden. Had she been straight she is show quality. I would not judge the stallion on just one bad offspring though.

I've a Mare by Classic and totally agree with Adorable Alice above, so its not just the one bad off spring! Very sharp, had been sent to a top producer who she lay down with and bolted at a tree with her, she said to shoot her as she was dangerous. Luckily she was turned away instead. (She was bought as a show horse and dosnt tolerate any other horse being near her)
She is HARD work, has the ability but not really the brain and a complete head turner at shows (she does LOOK fantastic)
My friend has another by Classic, he is chestnut and a gelding, and is very, very successful in the show ring and is very level headed. Maybe its his mares which are not too good in the head?! Anyone have a sane mare by him?!
