My luffly 15yo ex-P2P boy has tight hamstrings, particularly on the off-hind as he also has a very asymmetrical pelvis. Having said all that, he's learned to compensate very well and he strides out beautifully when we hack, ears pricked, without a care in the world. I have been shown massage techniques which I do, but I wondered if anyone knew of anything we could be doing whilst he's ridden that's particularly good for stretching them out?
