Yesterday i ordered a new gullet bar from TDS saddlers, I paid for standard delivery and received a text shortly after saying delivery would be the following day. Today i received a text giving me a time of delivery - it has just arrived i just wanted to say how impressed i am with their service and will definately use them again in the future.

I love TDS, I'm just down the road from their shop and always pop in there. Also ordered a few things online from them and they're always prompt and helpful.
 
Glad that you had a good experience, however mine was not so great :mad:

I went to the shop to buy a lightweight turnout, but they did not have the size. They took my contact details and promised to contact me within a few days to let me know when one would be available. They never did contact me.

A week or so later I went on line one evening and saw that they had a lightweight turnout in the size I wanted and even better it was in the sale, so I ordered it. It never arrived. :mad:

I got an email stating that my order had been cancelled :confused: hold on - I have already paid for this item?

They had already taken my money! After several emails - no reply - I finally phoned and spoke to someone, he reassured me that my money would be re-imbursed, but it may take a while :eek:

I asked why my order had been cancelled, he told me that the rug was a one off on sale and several people had bought the rug that evening, but only one was available, their software does not stock check so it does not automatically cross off the bought stock, that has to be done manually.

No, I will never buy on line from them again as this could happen again. I would go to the shop, but as they are about 1 hour away, I don't go often.
