I apologise as this has probably been asked before, but, what are they like to order from?

Am I likely to get what I order and in a reasonable time, or would I be best avoidong them?

I dont use anyone other than TDS, you get online discount and great service with all the top brands. Their saddles are superb too.
 
Thanks guys. I can't recall hearing anything bad about them, so I will place an order - well, actually, hubby will, he's buying me a new show jacket

Ah, I remember Mr TDS when he operated out of a shed in his back garden (I kid you not!)

They are very good, I used to use them all the time when I lived in the same village, but their postage costs to NI are enormous, so I don't any longer. They have good sales too, if you get on their mailing list.
 
Used to shop there all the time...credit card took quite a beating, still order from them via internet. They are really good...bought a rug when it was on sale during the summer, pony then lost weight (rather got to the weight she should have been) and they still exchanged it 4 months later. Can't get better than that! Brian their saddle fitter is lovely as well, and can always sort out any problems you have....in someways I wish I hadn't moved to the West Country...its taken 3 years to find out who to trust and who is a complete charleton...
