My mare stands very on the forehanc (Pics below)
However I want her to stand full square with equal weight on each leg not plonking it all onto her front legs.
Conformationally I don't think there is any reason why she shouldn't stand full square and my instructor thinks the same but due to money restrictions I have had to stop my lessons for now.
Any suggestions?
Pics are as follows.. Just stood normally with noone on board

When I tried her and we were waiting to go for a ride

She doesn't look too bad in the ridden one but she just puts her two front feet together and leans over herself. I want her to stand like a proper pony!!
