Me and Miss_Huggy_Bear are in Lancs and we are looking to do a bit too. So if you have any info or dates pm me and we will get a team together. Might be a good idea to go to somewhere like Somerford first to introduce ourselves and gauge speeds and leaders/followers.

Why not do it through horse magazine then you will get help!!

victoria_gray@ipcmedia.com rather than reply below.

At present, HORSE would like to hear from you if:

* You are planning to do your first novice team chase this season. Whether you have already arranged to join an existing team, or if you and three friends are planning to form one, please get in touch. We're planning to help one rider/team with their preparation for a three-part series in the magazine, following your progress.

I'm deffo up for the smallwood one, the Atherstone and Meynell team chases are not really that far, the other are flippin miles, perhaps we could do some local ones and the one at Meynell, with a view to being an ass-kicking team next year??? That way we might know if all the travelling is worthwhile! ;)
PS i have transport too.

Hmmm, and did you hear how many people got eliminated at the weekends hunter trials?????

Broomhill have and ode and hunter trial coming up. I think David from the Craven country ride at Coniston Cold is going to organise some team chasing - their land is a fabulous venue!!! But otherwise there is not a lot round us :(

no one on my yard will!!

they call me the "fearless fruitcake" they all think im mad but dressage never really was my thing!

im not fearless by the way... just read it and it sounds like im bragging!

These three are under an hour from me, would definitely be interested, but I'm under 18... Can probably get transport, but not to all three.. Pytchley one would be preferably if someone will go in a team with me :)
