Oh lord my 6month old lab appears to have hit adolescense! He has completely forgotten how to behave! He had a 95% recall up until 2weeks ago and now he won't come back at all if he spots another dog until he says hello! Even basic sit/down stay is a struggle at present!!
Please tell me it will all come flooding back in a few weeks...or is it back to long line training again?

All I can say is.
He is a lab.

You have a few more years of rebellion yet!
:p All the best with him! Just keep going at it, positive praise and reward! :D

He's a gun dog! My lot require lots of training and reminders, mental stimulation wipes them out as much as physical and at 6 months, you obviously can't overdo the exercise. Dilemma! Take him everywhere you can, wear him out.

Thanks. I think its cause OH broke his collar bone 8weeks ago and until last week has been walked at times where he didn't see any other dogs this week he is walking at busier times so wants to play again!
