Isn't it a shame that you have to think about causing a riot just because some ignorant people chose to lambast Tempi for trying one of these headpieces. People need to remember that everything was new once!

Hi, I bought one as I regularly use an Armadillo rug and I sometimes wear magnets myself so I hoped the headpiece would chill her while at competitions. I have ridden in it 4 times now, 3 times in the field last week and once today for a walk/trot round the village as had her body worked on by Bowen lady on Tuesday. For the 3 times in the field, I noticed that she was lovely and light and responsive for the first 10-15 mins then when i asked her for more, I found her being a little argumentative and not a consistent outline for the next 20 mins. (I do give her bits of long and low in between)
In her defence though, the Bowen lady found lots of tight tension in her shoulders and neck (this is a recent finding, which has been causing all sorts of problems) but anyway, I hacked out this morning, (Yes in the rain) and she was relaxed, not at all spooky (which she can be very much so).
I will have to ride her in the menage or field now after her treatment and see how long she can go without the niggling. Perhaps it was just the soreness and tightness making her like that, but the first 10-15 were really nice. I will keep you updated.

I've been looking at the magnetic boots - didn't know you could get headpieces too. Can anyone post a link to some info on them?
