Hi I'm in the process of taking on some land.
The owners has offered to do either a tenancy agreement, which I will gave to pay for £300ish or a land licience which is free.
Do any of you know the difference apart from £300!
I understand the tenancy gives me more rights, but confused by all the legal jargon on the internet.
For those renting land what agreement have you got?
