Has anyone used Tendoneaze and was it anygood?
Also wondering as last vet didn't , do you bandage horses leg whilst on box rest?.

I used it years ago and thought it was more trouble than it was worth - it's a blister which makes me nervous, and if the horse has sensitive skin the leg blows up big time. Maybe I overdid it, but I wouldn't recommend it; it's supposed to accelerate healing, but I'm not convinced it did.

If you do use tendoneze I think it tells you not to bandage over it; but even if the bottle doesn't say so, I'm 99% sure you mustn't bandage over a blister - hopefully someone else on here can back me up or tell me I'm totally wrong . . .

As to bandaging alone, I would recommend if the horse's legs tend to fill up, or to support an injury; otherwise probably no need to bother.
