Tenosynovitis of digital flexor tendon sheath and ALS

Looking for a glimmer of hope...or even some educated guidance.
My horse has today been diagnosed with tenosynovitis of the right hind digital flexor tendon sheath with annular ligament syndrome after a field accident.

Has anyone any experience of this injury??🙏🏼

Mine had tenosynovitis in a hind leg, but I can't remember of which tendon, it was like a ballon though! He had 6 weeks of cold spa therapy and hasn't had problems with it since (not that leg at least!!) no experience of the annular ligament bit
