Tesco Pet insuance-any good?

My renewal for tassy is more than £6 more a month (£72 more a year!!) so I have shopped around and Tesco comes up far cheaper at £14.72 per month to include vets fees for £4000 per incident with no time period end of the incident and a lower excess at £60 instead of petplans £75. Pet plans quote is £23 for £3000 per incident but this ends within 12 months of the initial claim.

Has anyone insured their pet with Tesco and were they easy to deal with?

Thats using my clubcard and going online in order to get 50% off. I have an 8 yo Purebred Alaskan malamute that is spayed.
