Can anyone tell me whether it matters if you go over on Tetanus (2 weeks) not flu, am upto date with that.

If you mean, from the point of view of entering a competition that requires vaccinations to be up to date, it's not an issue. It is only the flu vaccination they care about.
If you mean in terms of protecting your horse from getting tetanus, I don't think 2 weeks is going to matter.
