I moved the horses to the diet paddock yesterday as both have doubled in size in space of a week. Last night thieves broke into our neighbours and stole their motorbikes (they do motorcross) and came across the field which the horses had been in previously and left the gate open. I am so thankful they were moved as anything could have happened and we live on or near some very busy roads. The police are looking round our field at the moment as loads of debris was left strewn about it.

That was very lucky as you wouldn't want horses running down the road in front of your house.

Rodney has a belly the size of a barrel or he would not have been moved! Feel very fortunate but I think I will get a bike lock with a combination number now.

Somebody up there was definitely looking after you all. Crikey that just doesn't bear thinking about. At our old yard we got broken into - and the bar stewards went into my horse's stable to access what they thought was a tack room... Thankfully they shut his door back up, didn't hurt him or anything - but needless to say after that we moved pronto. Was far too scared that the next time we wouldn't be so lucky...
