Chifney arrived yesterday, used it this morning, I was able to take them to the field together in (mostly) complete calm. Only tried to eat a couple of times, absolute pleasure to lead.
Thank you to all who offered support in my previous thread. Not worried anymore. 😁
Brilliant!! I've stopped using mine now as he is generally good to lead this time of year but I will be using again in winter!!

You probably know this anyway but are you aware that you should never tie up or transport tied up in one?

As the owner of a horse that was pts indirectly due to my horse being pulled over in a chifney by someone losing their temper and yanking him in the mouth I'm somewhat cautious of them.

Sorry if I'm telling you something you already know.

And glad you have got it sorted x

That’s fine. I’ve also seen people tie up using a control halter 🤦‍♂️ mine have their traditional head collars hanging by their stables for me to change over every night 😊
