Thank you for the 4x4 recommendations, ordered the car

Just to say thanks for those who recommended the 4x4's

well, I went to look at Nissans, but you cant buy new Terrano's now, and 2nd hand cars here in Spain are almost as much as new!!! a 4 year old X-Trail was 21,500€ with 40,000km on the clock, and a new one was only 29,000€!!!

So went to look at the Kia Sorrento (which I had never even heard of until you said about them)
LOVED IT,
so ordered it today, should get it in 2 weeks, cant wait,
only problem is I wanted it in Red, but the spainish are not very brave with colour, so it was black or silver, so ive gone for the Black,

Fantastic! You'll absolutely LOVE it. I love my Sorento and if I won the lottery I'd just have one in every colour rather than something more flash

I wish mine was black - mine is INDIGO

spanish? its made in korea lol , we have one , bought it new in 2003 and its been fantastic , best towcar for miles

well im glad you are all pleased with yours, oooh Indigo, thats sounds nice,
Yep all the cars here in Spain are either silver, black or white, well you get the odd coloured one, (my current car is red, but I did have to wait 4 months for it!!!) its such a pain, they just dont seem to import anything else, though they did say I could have blue, but I would have to have the more expensive model, so I thought stuff that,

next job is to get my IW trailer registered, ( I bought it over from the UK when I came) trailers here have to have a 'number plate' like a car. well your OK if pulling with a UK reg car, which I have been doing (a dodge ram) but now my new towing car is spanish I will have to get it done,

the spanish LOVE their paperwork, lol
