Just to say I ordered some air cooled PE boots from their sale yesterday and the arrived before 7.30am today. Wow! Fantastic boots and service

My friend bought a set of magnetic boots and one strap broke she called them and they normally say send them back and they will replace them but because he is on box rest and needs them on they have sent her a new pair and she is to send the old ones back when they arrive.

There was a campaign on here a while ago, by some old timers on the forum, to boycott the company

Personally, I have always found them good and speedy to deal
with and am always prepared to give somebody a second chance before condemning them

That is really surprising because i have bought quite a few things from them, as has my friend, and they have been amazing to deal with nothing has ever taken more that 2 days to arrive.
Maybe they have sorted a few things out.

I heard they had problems around xmas last year. All sorted now though I'm sure. V v pleased!
