thanks to everyone who voted for Dinger in the Showing World Horse Personality of the Year Awards. The awards took place tonight and Dinger was named Horse Personality of the Year!!! Unfortunately neither Dinger nor I were able to be there (he was busy eating and I was child sitting) but my sister was there representing the team.

We are absolutely thrilled that he has won - he really has a larger than life personality and would no doubt have been delighted to have been invited to the NEC to accept the award ...

Thanks again for helping make this a year to remember :)

Thank you - he has two bites of the cherry at HOYS, but his best chance is definitely on Friday in the coloured class! I shall be dropping my son of at school then shooting up to the NEC as quickly as I can and hoping not to run into any traffic!!!

Thank you! There were (apparently) thousands of votes for the various categories - lasat year's winner was also coloured (just goes to show they MUST be the most popular horses!!!)
