After a crappy Covid induced few months I just wanted to say thank you.

Thank you for the very sound advice given to my threads.

Thank you to the others I have read and gained so much from.

My "monster" of a horse is back calm and happy. Shod without sedation. Loading by himself. Hacking alone. Pooing properly (!!).

I am so chuffed I finally managed to get a saddle fitting with my lovely saddler. He has put on loads of muscle and top line.

Happy days.

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to help and support a stranger.

These have been the most insane times.

Lovely to read such a positive and happy post?. This forum can be a great place to connect with people which has helped hugely when there’s so much isolation at the moment.

Thank you for being appreciative and for posting such a positive post. Everything about 2020 has been scary, horrid or confusing it has been uplifting to see so many happy tales

Absolutely.

I know there are so many bigger problems living through a pandemic but the normal daily stuff has become so damn complicated. I have found that really hard.

I bought this horse on the 1st October. Poor thing has had three yard moves. The first just didn't suit him. The second he loved but we had to leave. because of Covid.

6mths of DIY later with me flying solo in deepest rural Cornwall with only HHO holding my hand. Everything falling apart.

Then we had to move again because of my husbands job.

Horse is back at his happy place yard No.2. But it is all the work we have done over the summer that has got us here.

He is looking and feeling fantastic.

Yippee.
