Thankies to BB's for letting me crash Winnies SL outing...I was technically the 'groom' and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Even if it did mean the stupidly early start!
BB's has posted her report so you can all read the details of the weekend and SL there.
I must say though...all I could think about while I was there is how much I want to event...so am slightly stuck in a cross roads. I can never sell Beany I'm afraid...he is a part of the family and my 'special' horse which I cannot bear to part with. Think a new pony will be on the cards maybe next year once I have finished my degree and I will join the world of the 'two horse' owners!!

Don't know if you saw my post but finished 14th so didn't qualify *glumness*. He's fine this morning though so that's main thing. Still don't know whether to enter Highclere - no sign of any rain soon...

Beany, I was like 3 boxes away! Very remiss of BBs not to bring you over.....

Well Highclere I have run at for the last few years and although other places have been hard there has been fine - like Purston, old turf and nicely presented - I would go for it

I am so sorry you didnt qualify hun, you went so well yesterday! and deserved to be placed!!

Oh yeah and last night was a bit of a blurr! Bean and i sat there watching the videos back of the weekend and yesterday - by then we were ZONKED lol
