Thanks for the headlamp recommendations

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who recommended the Petzl headlamp

. I ordered a Tikka plus one and used it for the first time last night. My horses were a bit freaked at first but they soon settled down and it was a peice of cake doing their rugs in the pitch black. A fantastic find, I know I look a bit of a plum but its far better than having to juggle 2 dinners, 2 haynets, 2 rugs and a torch LOL

I was amazed at how good it was, they really do light the shelters up. I am really please with it. Changing rugs is no longer stressfull!!

Couldn't live witout mine. Trying to find 2 horses in 16 acres of undulating field in the dark is no joke. Now they know torh+food & it's easy - they find me.
